Pankaj Chandra, Director, IIM Bangalore
Prof. Pankaj Chandra, is the Director of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) and a Professor in Production and Operation Management. Before joining IIM Bangalore, Prof Chandra was a Professor of IIM Ahmedabad. His area of specialization is Supply Chain Coordination, Manufacturing Management, Technology Networks and Building Technological Capabilities in Manufacturing.
Manfred Haebig, Director- Private Sector Development, GIZ
Manfred Haebig is currently working as the Director- Private Sector Development at GIZ based in New Delhi. Under his leadership in 2011, GIZ's efforts in the Indian Textile and Apparel Sector have been highly appreciated at multiple places and he was recognized with the OGTC PATH Breaker Award.
Dr. J.V. Rao, Director, North Indian Textile Research Association
Before joining NITRA, Dr. Rao had been a professor and research scientist for 30 years at Anna University, Chennai and headed Department of Textile Technology. Under his guidance, NITRA was instrumental in setting up the Centre of Excellence (Protech) at NITRA in order to familiarize technical textiles to the Indian entrepreneurs.
Vidhu Shekhar, Vice President, National Stock Exchange
Vidhu Shekhar is Vice President, New Products for the National Stock Exchange of India. In this role, he is responsible for leading new initiatives for the exchange. Prior to joining the National Stock Exchange, he worked with IDBI Capital Markets as Senior Vice President and ETrade Systems India Limited as Managing Director. Mr. Shekhar completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from IIM Ahmedabad in 1987 and has worked in various organizations in India and abroad. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute, USA.

Padu S. Padmanaban has worked with USAID/India for over a decade, and is the program director of the South Asia Regional Energy Initiative. His career spans 35 years of service as an energy specialist with multilateral, bilateral, and quasi-governmental organizations in Asia and North America. He has specialized in the energy sector, leading environment and energy policy reform programs with host governments in India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and the Maldives. Padmanaban teaches at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C.
