Dr.Datta Roy–CEO, Development Environergy Services Ltd
Dr.Datta Roy, a renowned Energy Efficiency expert, is currently the CEO of DESL. A well-known expert in the field of Energy Efficiency, Dr.Roy is an alumnus of Jadavpur University and BITS, Pilani. As CEO, Dr Datta Roy has led DESL team in successfully carrying out over 500 energy efficiency and renewable energy assignments in over 15 countries. Dr Datta Roy is the recipient of ‘Energy Professional Developer of the year’ award by India chapter of AEEE, USA in 2010 and was also adjudged the ‘Sustainability leader of the year 2012’ in the Parivartan Sustainability Leadership Awards. 
 
 
Dr. J.V. Rao, Director, North Indian Textile Research Association
Dr. Rao is an M. Tech from Madras University and Ph. D from IIT Delhi. Before joining NITRA, Dr. Rao was professor and research scientist for 30 years at Anna University, Chennai and headed Department of Textile Technology. He has many research projects to his credit and guided 75 Ph. D, M. Tech and B. Tech level projects. Dr. Rao’s initiative has helped NITRA to procure and handle consultancy projects from clients based overseas. He has co-authored and edited 37 publications by NITRA and published articles in national and international journals. Dr. J. V. Rao is the recipient of UP Ratan Award conferred by All India Conference of Intellectuals in 2011. He is also member of National Jute Board, Textile Committee, and many state, corporate and trade bodies.
 
Carmel Giblin, CEO, Sedex
Carmel Giblin is the CEO of Sedex and has been with the Organization since April 2010. Sedex was created in 2004 in response to an increasing need for greater transparency across complex global supply chains. Before joining Sedex, Carmel was Head of Corporate Responsibility & Accessibility at the UK’s largest digital broadcaster Sky. Prior to Sky Carmel worked across many sectors in a variety of roles including those of buyer at retailers Somerfield, Waitrose and Exxon Mobil and in supplier organizations including Britvic Soft Drinks and Allied Domecq in roles that included customer management, risk management and organizational design and effectiveness reviews.
 
Lars Doemer,Head – Environment Health & Safety, H&M
Lars Doemer is working for Environment Responsible - Global Production at H&M. His area of expertise includes EHS, sustainable textile production, environmental product and process optimization, compliance management reviews. He has over 15 years of experience working for the textile supply chain in Europe and Asia, where he has been involved in multi-stakeholder projects with both governments and NGOs. Whilst at TUV Rheinland in Shenzhen, he worked with the German government and CSR Asia to develop the innovative FIT5 program to improve factory conditions.

Yogi Kak, CFA, Portfolio Manager, Invesco
Yogi Kak is a portfolio Manager of Invesco large and all cap value strategies.Mr Kak has been in the industry since 1998.Prior to joining Invesco in 2011, he was a senior equity research analyst at Alliance Bernstein and a Director at Goldin Associates. He was a Project Engineer at Siemens before entering the Industry.He earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Benaras Hindu University, and an MBA from Tulane  University. Akhil Puri, India Director, KKR Capstone
AKHIL PURI joined KKR Capstone in 2012. Prior to KKR, Mr. Puri was with TPG Capital’s operating team where he supported operational improvement efforts with multiple portfolio companies in Indonesia, China, Singapore, Japan and India. In his last assignment there, he was seconded as Deputy-CEO & COO of a coal mining contracting company in Indonesia. Prior to joining TPG Capital, Mr. Puri has held various leadership positions at General Motors both in Detroit, USA and Shanghai, China from 2002 to 2008 where his last assignment was as Managing Director – Exports & Executive Director in Global Purchasing & Supply Chain function. Mr. Puri also spent 4 years with Hindustan Unilever in India across various senior positions in Manufacturing and Project Management. A native of India, Mr. Puri has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute in Technology, Kharagpur and a Master’s Degree in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Niranjan Khatri has had operational experience as the General Manager of various ITC Welcomgroup hotels.He was invited by CII to Head their Renewable Energy cell for a year and has been responsible for developing the eco-rating for the Delhi  Govt.,since distributed to 1200 schools in Delhi and translated into Marathi & further distributed to 6000 schools. Niranjan has been conducting sessions on eco-designing at renowned institutions such as IIT -Delhi & Mumbai,Delhi University as also management institutes like XLRI, S.P.Jain,MDI and other institutions like the CII,FICCI, PHD and Assocham.

Hitendra is the Founder and CEO of RLC.Before starting RLC Hitendra was the business unit head for Microsoft’s $400 million OEM business in India. Before Microsoft,he was instrumental in building an IT enabled reverse logistics company in the US (Newgistics). A computer engineer from IIT with an MS and MBA from US, Hitendra has over 20 years of experience in software/IT, multi-channel retail,and supply chain solutions.He has worked for Ernst & Young and A.T. Neeraj Garg, CEO Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited
Neeraj Garg is the CEO of Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited. Till very recently, Neeraj was responsible for the Global Strategy at Abbott Healthcare. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer of the True Care business of Abbott Healthcare in India. Neeraj is an engineer by training, post which he did his MBA and cut his teeth in Sales & Marketing at Hindustan Unilever, where he worked in the Beverages and Ice-creams businesses. He later joined AT Kearney where he was part of the Strategy & Organization design practice, apart from playing a role in establishing the Retail and Consumer Goods practice of AT Kearney in India in the early 2000s.

Harsh Thukral–Deputy Director,National Productivity Council  
Harsh is currently the Deputy Director of the National Productivity Council.A graduate of Delhi College of Engineering,Mr Thukral has over 20 years of experience working with SMEs in India focusing on sustainability-related innovations in the energy and water efficiency space.He is also leading the National Cleaner Production Center initiative which has been set up in partnership with UNIDO.
 
Anoop Nautiyal–Country Manager,Kappahl
Anoop Nautiyal is a corporate and social leader with two decades of global and national leadership experience in the for-profit,social and Government sectors. Anoop is the Country Manager for the Swedish clothing retailer KappAhl and leads its India operations. Anoop has previously held the position of Country Manager for the iconic, USD 18 Billion Swedish global clothing giant H&M in India for five years. He has a strong social orientation and established and led the free 108 emergency services in the Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode for the Government of Uttarakhand and later served as the Health Advisor to the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. Anoop has lived & worked abroad for many years in Hong Kong,Bangladesh, Indonesia and Mauritius and was engaged with international sourcing and clothing management roles. Anoop is an alumnus of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi and Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. In his free time,Anoop is engaged with social issues focusing on the state of Uttarakhand and writes regularly on leadership and governance issues.
 
 
 
Pradeep Nair,Country Director India, Institute of Sustainable Communities  
Pradeep Nair currently holds a Country Director Position for ISC, India. Prior to joining ISC,Pradeep was head of the City Program work in India for the Clinton Foundation's Climate Initiative and also served as the Country Director for the C40/CCI organization; in these roles, he was responsible for leading the organization’s programs,and developing local programs by forming partnerships with local NGOs and global organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from India’s Bharathiar University and he earned his MBA at Karnataka State University, India.
